Evan Rapaport was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He trained at the New World School of the Arts where he received awards from the YoungArts foundation for Contemporary Dance and Choreography. Evan continued his studies at The Juilliard School, where he performed works by many incredible artists, including Twyla Tharp, Martha Graham, and Richard Alston. Evan joined Ballet BC for three seasons under the directorship of Emily Molar and Medhi Walerski. During which time, he performed works by Crystal Pite, Sharon Eyal, Company 605, Outlnnerspace, Medhi Walerski and Marco Geoke. Currently, Evan travels and performs/collaborates with choreographers such as Alejandro Cerrudo and Joshua Beamish.
